This year we are delighted to be collaborating with the team at the John Peel Centre of Creative Arts who will be acting as our box office for ticketing as well as providing us with their wonderful venue for the day and evening.

Last chance to buy an advanced season ticket will be Wednesday 30th August 5pm. There may be a small number of individual event tickets available to buy on the day space permitting but don’t risk it if you’re keen to make the most of this action packed day!

On the day, ticket holders report to St Peter’s Hall to be issued with wristbands. For evening only ticket holders, wristbands will be issued from the John Peel Centre. Doors open 7.00pm

We are offering Early Bird Prices (last year’s prices) until midnight 30th June and thereafter there will be a slight increase of tickets prices from last year. There are reductions for our ‘Friends’ and for combined Daytime and Evening Ticket holders. Each ticket purchase has a £1 booking fee attached to it if buying online. No extra charge if buying by phone or in person at John Peel Centre for card payments. Postal bookings with cheques or cash via EATMT. All other tickets to be bought via the John Peel Centre.

Ticket holders from 2022 who have rolled over their tickets should have already had contact from EATMT – please email info@eatmt.org.uk for queries.

If you are a regular Folk Festival goer, you’ll likely need to buy a day ticket and/or evening ticket for Saturday 2nd September 2023 if you want to see your favourite artists. A day ticket will get you access into over 12 ticketed events between 11am and 6pm and an evening ticket will gain you access into 3 ticketed events (spaces permitting).

If you’re new to the Traditional Music Scene, we’ve got over 15 free events across the town accessible to the general public to see what it’s all about. If you like what we do, please do consider making a donation on the day in one of the donation boxes and sign up to receive our newsletter.
